Question growing your medicine on friends property.

so i have no yard.

my friend does.

i wish to grow some outdoor medicine for my year.

what kind of documentation is necesarry?

is the recomendation and some photocopies of the card around the plants enough ?

with a note that says i am renting the plot of land to use?

what state are you in. ad im sure you will have to make him iether your caregiver, or grower, and have his address on the card.

I'm in Wa. and am growing in a friends house on my card. I have assigned him as my provider and posted copies, although I don't plan on needing it...the paprework

here in oregon i can name two other people 1 as my caregiver , and 1 as my grower, and myself as a patient. but the grower is the anyone that can grow. the other two can legally possess weed.

In california to make someone your care giver they have to be a relative.
