Hello i am a member of the Nevada MMJ program and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i would need to do to be taken seriously as a care giver and open a shop (asides from having patients) any help or info would be nice, besides call the DOA, thanks

Get a good lawyer, that's what I would do first. My lil sis is down their, LV is my home but now I live in Eugene Oregon where I am legal and my wife is my caregiver. The laws for you guys down their are crazy, My lil sis is all kinds of twisted up from a really bad car wreck that took her unborn child's life and allmost took her's. 7 years later I convinced her to give smoking herb a try again and to her suprise she really liked it, and found it helped with all of her problems. I would like to get her in touch with some people who could help her get legal their in LV please make me a friend and lets talk more

yo man sorry to hear about you sis, all she would need to do is get a diagnosis and contact the dept of agriculture, its not very hard just expensive, we have no care givers out here tho, thats why i am trying figure the reasons we dont have any help the people of the medical community,

i'll let you know...Ive been looking into opening a club out here for a year now..I just dont think the legislation is written for clubs yet..
