Anyone tell me what the limit of plants is in CO when you have a medicinal marijuana card??? Also what is the policy of having a roommate who lives with you in your private residence and does NOT have a medical card???? any help woulod be great...thanks guys.

there is no policy regarding roommates. police could try to charge them for your plants.

technically, there is no limit. you can have "more" if your situation requires - but this is simply an affirmative defense.

the police may take all your extra plants, and charge you for them. you and your doctor can argue to the court that you needed that many plants. if your doc will argue that you need 100 plants, you just might get away with it.
