Yes it has.
Although alot of counties still seem to use those limits. Norml still lists them. My counties website still uses "6 mature or 12 immature". So since that seems to be what is still enforced, that's what i plan to go by. Now if i can just figure out exactly what it means. I may end up giving the county DA office a call.

look bro, if your legal patient, and ur not being an asshole growing 100 plants in your yard and shit, then you pretty much got nuthin to worry about, the cops have gone to my dads house before, and he was over the limit by a lil bit so they just took the extra plants ...but left us wit our medicine and didnt take any legal supercop action or nuthin lol I just grow like 15 or so all at once, and wutever turns out to be female...i leave...so im usually barley over the very very vague and unexplained limit LOL

This was a question I had as well. So when I took my friend to get his card on Saturday I asked and you can have a total of 18 plants. 6 in the flowering cycle and 12 in the veg cycle. The thing to do if you know someone with a medical card. Make them your caregiver and they could make you thier caregiver and you can leagly double the amount you can grow. This is what my friend and I are doing.

you better ceck into that. that means you are growing 12 plants. 12 for you and 12 for the cargiver. thats not leagul sorry. cuz your only alowed 6 plants in flower per card, not 12 plants per cargiver

I am not sure if it will work or not. I just read up on this yesterday so I am looking more into it. Trying to find the correct way to go about this. I do know that you can have 6 flowering and 12 vegging.

correct but a patiant that is their own grower can not grow their own plants and make you their cargiver and you also grow 6 plants for them. sorry thats not how it works. with it was though. now as long as they arn't growing for themselves and your their their cargiver then yes you can.

From what I've been able to find these seem to be the most common interpretations:

12 plants total, 6 in flowering and 12 in veg

18 plants total, 6 in the flowering cycle and 12 in the veg cycle

Looks like either one of these would be safe, since there doesn't seem to be a court case i can find to set a precedent for which is the answer. If you live in an area that's ok with mmj the police seem to just kill the plants they think is over the limit and not press charges.

Thanks for the info mygirls. + rep I just got my card in January and am still figuring out all the laws that surround medical marijuana. I do know one thing though, growing it has been more addicting than smoking it. It has become my new passion.
