While reading through all the information on This website

I noticed that under the list of qualifying conditions, there is a scrolling banner that lists many different medical conditions not shown in any other lists. Are these qualifying conditions? The list is rather long....

I am looking for responses from people who actually know the answer, not just speculations. Any information on this is greatly appreciated as several of my conditions are on this list, but not on the specific list published by the department of health.

The umbrella that most people fall into is "chronic debilitating ailment" mine is life long migraine headaches.

According to our pain management doctor the other diseases are to be fully covered under the umbrella of the law,my wife's condition is within the later posting & he assures us we'll quialify.

I think this is still being discussed and decided on.

I believe there is going to be a pubic hearing but I'm not sure on the date.

I sure hope those will be covered, I have had chronic migraines since 4th grade and adhd. The meds helped but the side effects were terrible. Not to mention that my family has a history of chrones disease.
