My brother gets medical marijuana..
We currently reside in South Carolina, and from my knowledge theres no places to get Medical marijuana out here..
We usto live in SoCal, and I'm not sure if its possible but are they shipping it to him?

hmm.. would it be illegal to ship intra-california between approved patients? obviously you couldn't use usps because that is federal..but a private carrier like UPS or FedEx -- i mean.. it never crosses state lines and is between two approved patients.

I doubt that's ever been tested in court, but it would seem legal to me.

USPS is ran by the government so they would have to have a warrant to search your packages. A private company can just open it.

For a package to go from Cali to N.C, It is crossing a lot of state lines ..WTF are you talking about ?
