Alright!
I am now officially incorporated (done thru legalzoom).

AND... the landlord has accepted our bid for the building/space lease.

We are meeting with a CPA tonight, and then we are sending off our business license form in the morning.

Its just around the corner... I can feel it! Get your meds from the flyin' Hawaiian! I am so excited!

Don't forget to tell us where it is once you get it running. And don't forget about hookin' brotha's up when you get it running. The important thing is to give away as much as you can (to me) in the beginning. Haha.

Good luck on your endeavor, let us know how it goes. I know they still open them up all the time. There's a fairly new one called CEO that hooks it up pretty good.
