so in colorado they have been putting in lots of dispensaries it would seem, and they have peaked my interest. I am a business student and doing a little research on their business model, i think it would be a cool project to put together a business plan for one of these. I know most of the answers to my questions, but i have a few unanswered ones.

so my question is how do these company's usually structure themselves Sole Propriatorship, LLC, or incorporate.

Also, in colorado is it to the point where dispensaries are paying state and federal tax? Do they just label it as herb stro or medicine place.

i don't get my card for a week or two, so i have never been in one, but are you allowed to smoke weed in there, or is it a go in and leave all fast enviroment.

Oh and then also, are they like licensed and registered with the state dispensaries, or are they just buildings owned by a dude who has 50 patients name him caregiver.

hay you say your getting your card in a week, what do you have wrong with you and which doctor did you go to? i also live in colorado and jut got my records all together to fax over to the thcf clinic.

yea, i am going to go to one of the THCF doctors. my friend went there and they were great. I have had really bad nausea since last summer and it hasn't gone away. i got it documented back then and have been smoking to deal with the nausea. so hopefully they will write me my card.

I live in Boulder, and am a REGISTERED MEDICAL MMJ PATIENT from the good ppl at the THC clinic in wheatridge. Yeah you should pay your appointment in advance thats saves a little bit of cash. Then , you have to take your docs recommendation and send it with 90$ to Deb Pennington , she will then send you your card after a month. When you receive your card you will need to list a caregiver on it , this take just filling out a short little app for the caregiver, so that you BOTH are legal to exchange mmj . My ailments are chronic pain and sciatica, i have to take nasty pillls to get by as well. Right now i have some incredible strains that are really potent and treat both pain and nausea.

actually no you are not allowed to smoke in the dispensaried in Denver, only can take in your card and fill out a app nd then your good, but you have to take the herb home. you can also buy clones as well. I am currently a med patient and caregiver, if you'd like to talk more pm me and I can give you the details.
