Our beloved government hard at work going after those dangerous medical marijuana users. I would think that the federal government, which we all know would love to bust every mm patient, getting their hands on any type of record with personal info can only lead to bad chit.

nobody cares. i paid sales tax on my weed yestarday. i went to the club and bought some seeds and a sample gram. i was charged state sales tax. i could use my atm card at the register. they have bar codes on everything. it's like your local retailer. printed receipts. the state wants there cut. when will the feds step in.

Man thats just fucked up... Did you know that Arkansas still charges tax on food products? The poor people that can barly afford to feed themselfs are paying more money for less food. Fucked up I say!

I didnt know there was any states that dont charge taxes on food products.....WTF!? Do most states do this?

Washington doesn't... California doesn't... I don't remember if any of the other states I have lived in did or not.

so here is what i see.

California taxes pot.
California makes BIG dollars.
Feds say wait a minute, we want some.
Pot is legalized and controlled by the government.

whatever, as long as they don't try to go tax the people who grow their own. i guess it kind of makes sense to tax the "storefront" type sales.

what would be really bad is if they try to force everyone to buy from those "clubs" instead of having autonomy. probably the next step.
