A patient collective is what the laws are made for, I have formed a Collective called PRO215 and here is the basis..

1st the collective assumes the primary caregiver for the patient, I have them sign Collective forms and care giver. The collective then grows that patient their required amount, When its ready to be harvested we call that patient and they come over and we harvest the crop.At this point we take 10 percent off the top and put into a Donation pot, Then we split the 90 % left over..
The collective then takes these meds and disposes of them threw a delivery service or to other patients.Each patient is walking away with their free meds.
The monies brought in now are set aside, 10% for state taxes,25 towards a fund,and 5 percent cost, that's 50 percent of all proceeds being donated or given away.
The Fund is called the H.E.M.P. Fund that Im creating I will tell you about down the road, the ten percent in the pot goes to disabled,Low income and vets..
This is the basis and foundation of PRO215. I created this and feel their are great opportunities to be able to help others as well as feel accomplished..

Thank you! Im have had the desire and have been doing my own research for twenty years! I started smoking as a teenager, I quit for a year when I went threw a car accident and got strung out on pills for three years. When I was released to go back to work I started smoking again..I quit because I couldn't afford to feed the kids.
I got my Drs recommendation beginning of this year when I decided to do it myself, I cant afford these high prices from the Dispenseries! So then the more I looked into the Laws the more I realized the opurtunity for me to persue some of my dreams..
Cannabis can fix the environment and make every individual free from any form of government. Its the only plant that can be used as a Fuel, Food, Medicine,Clthing Fiber, and Building material! People have be mislead and lied to for so long that the believe what they here and read, but know not the truth because experience and doing is the key to understanding..
The Laws in California have be redifined and clarified so that now we as patients can have some sense of security and also beable to work together in getting our Meds in a safe environment without having to be ripped off and feeling cheated!!
Remember this is a plant a tree if you ask me, One of the parts of the "Tree of Life" Genesis chapter 1 verses 27-31 talks about it..Tell me what other plant is as green and grows as fast and has as much photosynthesis occuring in it as Cannabis Hemp!

how do you address the (imo) legitimate concern re abuse? seems you need a better answer than to treat it like alcohol - and since there aren't social conventions for smoking the potential for abuse is high. don't necessarily mean legal solutions, could just be part of what you do???

Well it depends on what is considered abuse and what is considered recreational by the individual. As adult we do have the right to choose, Whether a person abuses themselves that's up to them, to get help or continue in their addiction is on them to!
The old saying you cant help someone who doesn't want to help them self!
We should have the right to choose though what we use as a Medicine.The social Convictions for smoking are astounding, I don't know if you have met people who don't like Cannabis but I have and have seen their disgust and their looking down at me because I smoke!
Laws are made to benefit and take care of the safety of the people, When they are hurting us and keeping us mislead that's wrong,We as adults should be able to make our own decisions and in California we have! Its only recently that the Governments actually be hearing and listening!
