Is there a chew bag of HTC and what not

I have seen chew bag that you pop in you mouth for like 20 to 45 mins tobacco less spit with having the bag and the bag keeps it for getting ever where. so if no one has come up with it yet I think it would b a good way for some one in the work place to get the fix of Medical marijuana they need with out the smell and keep ppl on a need to know basis. it could b out there and I do not know I come from NJ so I do not know what they have in the works on the west cost. but if they Don't I would like to put it out there as a new way to look in to for administering medicine in a casual way and what could b a more safer way to.
