cops got called on us for smoking weed once on at an abandoned "pub n grill", walked in busted us and asked what were doing. told them we were smoking weed and staying out of trouble then they laughed at us when i pulled a bag of chips out "he even brought his own munchies", then told us not to be smoking weed in a public place cause ppl will smell it and call the cops and they have to show up and investigate. then one laughed n said "you guys should have beaten a bigger hole in this fence for us to get through". they escorted us out and they left, no search, no warning, just advice not to smoke weed where someone can rat u out.

one friend was caught with half an ounce cop said "i could charge u with trafficking" then walked away. another friend of mine had his taken from him and spilled out (just under half oz) and all he could say was "u know how much i paid for that, come on man" then told the cops they were good guys cause he was drunk at the time(didnt find his pint of rum), no charge, nothing.

so it depends on the cop and wether that cop got laid the night before if u know what im saying.

that cool as hell dude, here maybe they will let you go with alcohol but NEVER with weed. some friend who only got busted with POINT THREE GRAMS in his pocket proved that. :/

yea the only thing that guarantees prison here in canada is cocaine trafficking, 2 year mandatory minimum (2 years is what most ppl get). never read in the paper about heroin or meth (virtually none around), selling pills like oxys is big around here but ppl can get off with house arrest for trafficking first offence. u can literally fill ur house with weed and not go to jail, just dont steal the power or youll hang.

also jail around here isnt that scary, no gang infesting them and 70% are in PC (protective custody). my town runs PC lol so all the crazy ppl that have been through the system will be in there. so yea canada owns if u wanna grow n smoke.

yeah you see it in high times all the time they refer to canada as weed paradise lol. all that sounds about right really. oxycontin is much worse than weed so it should be treated as such. the standard coke, heroin, etc ill never cheer for to be legal as they deserve to be illegal
