Hospital papers

okay i justed moved to colorado sprrings not to long ago and i wanted to obtain a medical card im about to get a state issued i.d but i dont have medical records most mm doctors dont need records but i want them records for a back up so my lie can seem legit, i wanted to check into a hospital and say i have back pains just to have some kind of medical records for when i go see the mm doctor niw does this seem like it would work to anybody or should i just set up an appointment and tell the mm doc i have terrible back pains? any feedback would be appreciated!!!!

sum kind of feedback will help because im your normal illegal pot smoker and i wanted to know if you think this method would work cause i dont' wanna waste my time.but i should be good right if i have ome kind of medical records
