The powers that be supposedly made it to where we can't have dispensaries here, but then there's a dispensary that opened up on the coast somewhere. I don't understand how that's possible.

Even where allowed in cali how do you not need a million $ to bribe people just to get started? Maybe the $30k figure was $100 for a business license and 29,900 for bribes.

the first thing you have to do is go the sheriffs office and ask them where u can open a dispensary or collective.. the next step is to start a non for profit corporation .. you dont own the business your the president and get paid a salary. if your in this for money your going to go under real quick... . then find out what paperwork needs to be filed to be legal..business license, sellers permit, tobacco license, zoning permits, fire permits all that type of paper work... get a lawyer and wait until the po come and shut u down.. hope that helps..

one that specializes in city, state, tax and biz law and another who specializes in state drug, marijuana, medical marijuana and federal law

Your site needs alittle work. Under Titan you claim 5 strains and only list 4. Sensible site is org not com. Contact area is under construction so no phone number? You claim 9 strains total yet only 6 listed.
Also couldn't find a business license listed for that name.
