Unhappy Yellowing + warped leaves on seedlings - what have I done?

Man, what have I done? These seedlings aren't do very well at all. The are going all yellow. New roots are growing daily at the bottom of the pot though.

I would replant. (start over) and use different soil.

Nutes, not sure, I fertilized once with the top plant, maybe too strong but there was signs of the yellowing before I did this.

The other one has only had water.

The soil was seed raising mix so I assumed it was low on nutes and everything was fine until recently. Maybe the new hps on them is doing something, I don't know.
