It starts with a little brownish/black speck in the middle of the leaf then spreads. It almost looks like a muddy spot. It starts in the middle to upper middle of the plant.

Could be Manganese deficiency. Or maybe you splashed something toxic on the leaves.

What kind of water are you using and are you checking it's ph?

I am using a combination of tap that sits for a 12-24 hours and ro water. I have not checked the ph.It is very weird. This same thing happens in the first few weeks of growth after cuttings. Once they are rooted and placed under 1000w about a week after that this develops. I usually feed and it somewhat disappears and they grow out of it. But these particular plants are 7-8 weeks old and in their second week of flowering.. I have been using the same water on the mother with no problem in fact for the mothers I just water them without letting the water sit. They get watered up until now about once a week and for the last 2 waterings have incuded reduced nutes.Instead of half strength about quarter strength.
