Default Fox Farm Nutes

What are people suggestions in using Fox Farm I have a plant that i believe is yellowing because of nute defficiency so I just picked up some Fox Farm Nutes. Are the amount suggested good to use.

They suggest 3tsp(per gallon) Grow nutes

2tbsp(per gallon) Flowering nutes and I bought tiger bloom to add when i start to flower

Well first how old are the plants, and if they are ready for nutes probably start at about 1/4 strength then increase from therer

I would probably start off at about 1/4 strength to begin then slowly increase over time depending on how the plant responds
