Default white dots on leafs?

hey yall im new to this site i just found it threw google..but theres white dots on my leafs..my plants are still young...iv heard that the spots are caused from spidermites but im not sure...anyone knwo what the problem is?

looks like a spidermite problem..neem oil will do the trick(lowes, home depot, wal-mart)

This is right?

It could be mites. I have some holes and they were a deffencicy. Anyone know which one?

To confirm, look for mites/webbing on underside of affected leaves. Mine always have congregated around the leaf stem where it meets the stalk.
