Default Plz Help!! Yellow/Brown spots and death follows (Got Pics!)
Hello and peace to all!! This is my first post/grow, and honestly just joined in order to gain some of the expert knowledge from the excellent growers here. I have searched throughout the problem section of this forum and have been unable to match up or compare the problem. Here's the setup and dilemma...

setup (need anymore info for diagnosis plz let me know!)
-indoor
-watering: 1/2 strength GHBB Bio Grow and 24hr set out tap water, alternating the two as needed
-medium is fox farm organic soil
-9th week veg ready for flower any day
dilemma (w/ pics)
-sporadic yellow spots all over older fan leaves (pic 1 - bella ciao strain)
-brown spots and curling upward of leaves (pic 2, same tree as pic 1, but this leaf seems to be what the yellow spotted leaf turns into)
-possible nut burn by my helper, not completely sure (where you guys can help a newbert like myself)
-pyrethrin xclude spray used for nats (as suggested by mr cervantes) and problems seem to have arouse after the spray though this was around the same time as the possible nut burn
-slight discoloration around edges of large fan leaves (pic 3 - ak-99 strain)

Any suggestions or help will be GREATLY appreciated! Glad to be on board here at rollitup, and cant wait to make future posts!

That is def. nute burn.....had it myself. Best recommendation is to flush with water right now. DO NOT add nutes with a free hand. Also, a problem of mine. Nutes are a funny thing....they can be your friend or enemy. For gnats, I got a venus flytrap plant...worked like magic!! Less artificial interference with nutes on plants will make you a very happy man. I was not able to reverse my nute burn so had to chop her pre-maturely. Best of luck!

Thanks for the advice snookster! gonna give them the old flusharoo and see where we go from there... Would you suggest then flushing and maybe waiting a few more days before starting the damaged ladies in bloom? Lol so anxious to get them into that stage before anything else can happen to them!! Once again though your help is much appreciated it, seems kinda hard to get responses in here sometimes

yes it will burn it. it usualy causes a bunch of different symptoms if left to long. . if you flush let drain for about an hour then give a bit of a drink of nutes to start fresh then wait till they dry up, almost to the point if wilting. dont just check the top of the soil but feel the weight of the fresh watered pot and pay attention to the weight its more accurate for watering. it may dry on top only do to heat and still be wet down lower causing lock up. most important for soil is wet/dry cycle. here is a nute schedule for you.

This Lists the BASICS needed to use most readily available Brands (and a few of the extras-- but there ARE more!) and both a weekly schedual (dirt & hydro IF you change the water weekly) and Phasic feeding for bubblers.
Phasic shedules can be followed for soil-- but do not work as well!

ALL MEASURES ARE PER U.S. GALLON...
Hope this helps!!!

EDITED NOTE FOR PHASIC FEEDINGS!!!
Unless your Nutes specific schedule tells you what to do for sprouting and seedling, you need to cut back on the nutes for that stage BEFORE youconsider it to be "phase one"
Week ONE is NOT as soon as they are sprouted and have leaves! Week one is after they have 4 sets of true leaves---
Start your new seedlings in JUST Ph adjusted water (can use hydrogard & superthrive)
When they get their 3rd set of leaves--add HALF of the amound called for in phase 1 of your phasic schedule--
When they open another 2 sets of leaves (fully!) then add the other 1/2 to bring it to the amount required for "Phase 1" this will greatly reduce the possibility of nute-burn or over feeding...and allows the babies to adjust to the nutes easier.
Thanx!

NOTE ABOUT FLUSHING!!!
If growing in Soil, you usually Start flushing (running clear water thru the soil to rince out the un-used nutes) 2 weeks prior to harvest. This is nessisary to force the plant to use it's stored nutes & protiens, that otherwise result in harsh or grassy product.
But flushing also OFTEN results in losing yield; since you will reduce the available nutrients to the plant during the last 2 weeks of growth when the plants usually put on the most weight.
Simply STOP Nuting at whatever week you are at when time to flush.
IF you use the Ememrgency flush method, follow the entire schedule until the plants are ready to harvest.

I know this is an old post, but +rep... I wish I would have read this sooner. This is the exact reason I f'd up and ended up with nute burn. If I would have known week one was after they had 4 sets of true leaves I would be golden right now. Thanks.
