| | Curling leaves, a bad thing? | | I have 8 bagseed plants about a month old at almost a foot tall. @ have leaves that sometimes form a "V" and the new fan leaves come out curled and slowly uncurl. The other plants don't do this. The plants are actually my tallest and fastest growing. They all get same water and nutes and lights. Is this normal. I'll try to attach some photos if I can figure out how. Thanks in advance.
2 pictures are of curling leaves plant. The other is a plant right next to it in the same soil just a bit smaller.

| | Just out of curiousity how close is your light..? Wattage? I may have the same problem. I have a 400 w hps about 8'' about canopy. It doesnt seem like overkill but, i dont know for sure. New growth actually unfolds as it grows. |

| | Im using 16 blue spectrum 26watt 5600k cfl's with 1850 lumens a piece. They are about an inch away from all the plants. For some reason the other plants aren't doing it, any reason for that? I did some pruning last night and cleaned up the bottom fan leaves to allow more aireflow under the plant. The teperature is a constant 77 degrees during the day and 70 at night. They have a good co2 supply and two fans pointed directly on the plants. I thought I was cooking them to, but is that possible in such low heat conditions? The cfl's don't retain heat much, you can even grab the bulb and it doesn't burn you. I have two plants doing this. I do have different strains. Is it possible it's just the way that particular strain grows?
Thanks for the quick responses everyone.
