Default weird leaves not opening?

the two leaves that first come out that have jagged edges on one of my plants wont seperate from each other anyone know what i can do to help this?? thanx

ok you know the first set are rounded edge leafs then the next set the plant grows the first set of jagged leaves just dont want to flop down they just stay parallel with the plant

Can you try and gently seperate them with a magnifier and sharp knife.
I've done this before when some feminised seeds did that and it worked for me.
