new $5000 hydro setup having problems

Please help!!i have similar problem 3 weeks into flowering have a 600 in my grow room a foot and half away from tips but many of my leaves have gone yellow too.i have a flood and drain system and water every 3 hours.i was told cf of 18 is spot on?? it must be root burn so what cf level should i be using?

g,day mate ,i put them out in late august ,september ,but i bring them up inside first ,so they are well and truely established ,and i usually get an early harvest , but as the other guy said october is good ,as long as you have them ready as far as roots etc before the heat comes ,in w.a if i bring them up inside ,start to flower for sex ,then i clone ,for indoors and put the rest outside ,after getting them used to the sun etc.i get an early harvest due to the shorter days of spring ,and my usual plants for the bush i put out usually september ,or later if you want smaller plants ,i just like to have the best of both worlds ,as i am greedy and dont like paying for the happy cabbage,good luck brother ,it will all work out for you if you just do what feels right for you and your plants, also i grow mainly sativa ,dominant strains which take a lot longer to finish ,which is why i like a early start ,and the weather in my part is usually good by sept ,
