I have the same problem right now. I think its because off heat stress.

what stage of your grow are you in? chances are the purple is what it should be right now... I had purple stems during early veg until the stalk got established.

yeah don't worry about purple stems, it's pretty common. As long as the leaves look healthy your plant is doing fine.

on my plant the leaves veins are purple too.
