So i recently added two UVB 10.0 CFL's to my first grow.
here is my closet setup.

so anyhow. I tested out one of the UVB light first and the plant seemed to respond well to it. so i put in another one. These lights are what i had laying around the house as I have a very tight budget for this grow.
I completely took out the UVB CFL's now because they burned my leaves and curled them.
Is this typical Heat stress, Light Burn, or is this some kind of new UVB sunburn?
What can i do to help them recuperate or will they stay like that? should i trim? cut them off all together...?

some of my older leaves are starting to discolor too.

any help would be awesome such as topping off or tying down tips as well.
