S.O.S leaves twisting upside down and curling

what light system are you using?
what is the temp at the canopy?
how big of a pot is the pant in?
what kind of soil are you using?
what is the PH of water your using and run off?
is there good ventilation?
most importantly how old is the plant and what ferts are you using?

using a 400w MH plus fluos and the temp is about 75 in a hydro set up (drip) with good ventilation( inlet fan, outlet, and circulation. ph is at 6 and the plants are 3 weeks using sensi grow nutes. i cant get pics this second because my cam is broken. you can pisture it as regular leaves, no discoloration, curling under themselves at the tips, and the largest leaves twisting. there is nothing else wrong with the plants.

could be magnesium or one of the other micronutrients, I know magnesium causes this though, try adding some epsom salts to your next feeding

so are you saying there is a lack of or too much magnesium? im assuming epsom salt has magnesium in it, is that like regular salt that goes on food or no?

epsom salts are usually used as bath salts for sore muscles, it is called epsom salts sold at any drug store, walmart, etc.... really cheap and effective. about 1 tablespoon per gallon usually does the trick. I believe it to be magnesium deficiency because you say all the leaves are the proper color, zinc i know causes twisted leaves as well but there is usually a lime color or bleach like stain on the leaves with zinc. sorry for the delay on your answer but internet was down

you can eat epsom salts but will give you diarhea, it is also sometimes used for constipation

if its a zinc deficiency, what i do in my plants is add some zinc plated screws to my soil. Or your rez in hydro setups. Another way would be to put the screws in your ph'd water for a few days allowing the zinc to come off the screws and into your water. I usually just keep a few screw in my soil from start to finish. Another good source of zinc is a penny, make sure the penny is a newer one which are like 97.5 percent zinc, make sure if you use a penny to burn off the copper coating on the outside of the penny.
