Lowryder #2 Help needed

Hey

I've planted 3 lowryder 2# seeds a week ago in 2 liter plastic coke bottles. they are residing in my balcony right now under sunlight. out of 14 hour sun time they get about 4-5 hours of direct sunlight..

1)I have a few questions if you could answer.. Should I transplant at all? If so what kind of pots and when?

2)Would it be better if I get 200-250W HPS and start growing indoors with a controlled light cycle? Perhaps CFL?

3)None of the known nutrient brands are sold in my country.. What kind of traits and percentages should I look for in any nute mix i can find?
