Leaves droopy and branches bending

I have a plant that is about 2-3 weeks old. (wish I could reformat the picture to show you). The leaves at the top were very droopy....almost like I hadn't watered in a while. I'm pretty sure it's not over/underwatering. Now it seems that the actual branches the leaves are droopy on are actually kinda curling downwards. Has anyone had anything like this happen? Any helpo would be awesome! The plants look like shit.

What grow setup / medium are you using? What's the temperature of the room, distance from light source, type of lighting, growing medium?

The set up is soil with a 400 hps. The light is in a filing cabinet but about 10 inches. The nutrients I'm using was big bud powder from advanced nutrients. I don't think that it's nutrient burn. There's absolutley no yellowing at all.

If you mean 10 inches from the plant, that is way to close for a 400w light.
try keeping it around 22-24 inches away.
Your plants are to hot.

I think Vanity's called it. If you overheat your plants they'll "sweat" out their water to try to stay cool, which lowers the pressure inside the plant's cells (turgidity) which makes them droop.

Think of a fire hose. No water pressure, it's a big floppy thing. With water pressure it's stiff. Plants are the same way.
