Default Split branch, options?

When I was watering and moved my plant I pulled a branch real bad and split it half way off the main stalk. It's the first node so it's a large branch, probably 2 feet long and half way split off. I tied it back up as best I could and used some super thrive, hopefully it will mend itself. But if it doesn't what options do I have? Can I just try and clone it? It's on day 20something of flowering, has a little budding.

well you've got options, tie it back up to the main stock and see if she heals, or do a little research take an air rooted clone, or simply cut it off and clone it old fashioned way.

Is it a big deal trying to clone something that is already flowering? Would I just clone it and then throw it right back into flowering or would I have to veg it first?

well if you take it off and clone it, use 18/6 lighting regimen, then when roots start forming i'd keep it in veg for atleast another 2 weeks while roots get established. by asking if its flowering, does it have buds, if so, how long has it been in flowering? by it having buds, it will take longer to form roots as its gotta divert energy from flowering to producing roots.

About 23 days, this is my slowest plant though. It does have buds, but small in comparison to my other plants. I will throw up a picture tonight when I get home.

if its only got popcorn buds on it, clone it. dont forget to water the mother with superthrive or something to reduce the stress. estimate maybe 2 1/2 weeks.

That's if it doesn't heal on it's own? Or is it just a better idea to clone it reguardless?

well from the looks of things I am just going to let it go, I took a picture of it but you can't even really see the break in it. None of the leaves are even drooping and the branch has even leaned over into the break for betting light positioning I guess.
