Yesterday my 4 week old plants got their first nutes. I was concerned as to exactly how they would respond. I gave them a 1/4 strength 20/10/10. This morning when I opened the closet door the first plant I saw had its two biggest leaves turned sideways! And NOT towards the light (not away either) kinda diagonal to the light. So weird to see. Another plant did it too, only not as bad. Anyone seen this before??
Instead of palms up (like gimmie five) they are palms sideways (like shake my hand lol)

i took a male out my box and put him in my living room and it has done this but it dont have direct light now but from the window4 feet to its right. It may be a strain thing as my other plants in my box of the same strain are similer with a bright light just a foot or so above it.

I don't think its anything to worry about the plant looks nice and healthy. could be something as simple as the genetics of the plant. Peace

I've since learned that the leaves " twisting" was a result of the nutes. I don't think its anything to worry about. Only two plants(out of 10) did it, and one is normal again two days later. The other still has its biggest leaf twisted sideways, but is still growing good and there's no other signs of any stress. Just looks funny. Of course I'm a newbie grower and every little thing is like OMG!!!

I have one plant doing the same. A few of the fan leaves are completely vertical sideways. Weird thing is that the stem also became very soft and it didn't want to hold itself up. I transplanted it to soil outside....it seems to like the sun a lot better. The stem has regained tugor even witht the stress of transplanting.
