Default Bottom leaves turning PURPLE

The lower/older lower leaves on my seedlings are turning dark purple an then dying (turning white). What is wrong with theM?


btw those little hairs arent preflowers are they?

purple stems(no on seedlings) generally mean that you used to many nutes

someone told me nute burn? could it be? i thought nute burn turned yellow

in your case I dont think it has nute burn since its a seedling and you know not to give them nutes right?

purple stems usually mean plant shock from pH or toxic level of nutes

maybe post a pic so we can identify the problem more accuratley

not to make anyone mad, but the purpling on the leaves and stems are a defensive mechanism, cold temps, to much wind, extreme shock, nutes, over nuting, over watering, underwatering, will cause this. not specifically any one thing. albiet one thing can cause the purpling.
