I am using MG potting soil and I was told that MG has a low ph so I am using 7.4 PH water so that will make for a good PH..I was told to use 7.5 in a book buds for less so I dont think it is the ph.

Now, here is the issue, The plant is growing really slow, its only 20 days old. I have yellow and brown leaves that are curled down purple stem and slow growth.

I thought it mignt be PH but with that MG I think I have it right at 7.5 I was thinking maybe nute diff but MG has some nutes and I dont want to burn it if its not already. I was also thinking it could be over watering because I watered when the soil was still damp an inch down. Im lost. this plant has some dry leaves so I was also thinking It was underwatered. I have another plant that has curled dry leaves I am watering every 3 - 4 days and the soil was moist a inch down so i dont think it was under watering but then why are they dry. should I just water everyday or hold off on the water.

What could be the issue with these plants? Here is a pic of the plant in question.
