i just started low stress training on me plant
and it just started drooping suddenly.
is this normal???

Looks more like a watering issue to me. Either too much or too little of a good thng.

I would also like to say I am not a Plant Doctor, but I play one on TV.

no. never remove fan leaves. they are more important to the overall developement. they are the plant's powerhouses and they need to stay intact even if shading other branches. your plant will bush out past it, trust me, dont be impatient.
