Default little sprout just died?

i planted a germinated seed in soil under a 27 watt cfl..(2 seeds actually in dixie cups).. and i watered it about the same time the first seed sprouted..now it has just gotten all flimsy and like fallenover and mushy looking. Do you think its from to much water or is the lite 2 hot 4 the plant?

yea lights to far its probably stretching out trying to get more light. Move your light closer and if its floped over on its side get a stick to prop it up and string to tie around it. Once it gets to where it can stand on its own get a fan and point twords plant on low power it will make the stock stronger.

make sure you poked holes in the dixie cups... lol
