Default plants falling over

i have a couple plants that are still in the early veg stage and we had some rain today and i went down to check on them and some of them had fallin over... like leaned over touching the ground... i stood them back up and they still seem to have support... is it okay that they did that?

they probably got over watered badly...

i just put more soil in it to cover up the main stem. Just put soil around it and keep it up with string and some toothpicks.

i mean it didn't rain hard at all, i just came down to my spot and saw that 2 of them were just laying over... but i will take the advice and go put some soil around them. thanks alot
