I'm in soil - plant w/ the issue is in an Earthbox, so water, nutes, etc. regulated, which is why I thought it might be heat at first - cut the heat by cutting down the direct sunlight hitting the greenhouse (+ fans/misters on daily)...but still having the problem. I pulled the shade cloth off this a.m. after I posted the pic and will see later if the increased light helps.
I also thought it might be due to the fairly rapid growth it's starting to go through right now - maybe it needs some sort of nute help since it's just about to show me it's sex - thought I saw balls but it was just leaf starts and I'm hoping that the bug stress didn't cause it to hermify.
Was also thinking that with the loss of the other leaves to bugs that there is probably a surplus of stuff going up the stem that was being shared by more branches. Just a theory - I have no clue, it's my first
