Default Need help....I think its overwatering?

So I have attatched some pics. This plant has been droopy for about 4 days now. I have the planter on the ground and the drainage holes were being plugged. I havent watered the plant for 4 days since these symptoms and its not getting any better. I put my hands around and pulled some of the wet dirt up on top that I could. Is there anything else I could do to dry the dirt out. Any help is appreciated....thanks

Let them dry out until the pots are light, then give them a higher dose of nutes.

They look like they'll survive at least - as long as this doesn't go on too long. Wind is a good way to dry out soil; so is heat but obviously you're limited with that. I'd be puttin' a fan on them - even if they are outside, somehow ... Don't muck around in the soil too much because that will just stress them out and make it take even longer to recover. You could transplant them if you get deperate, but only if you're really deperate. More nutes are a no-no, that's not what they need right now and might make things worse.

This is bad advice guys. I suggest you refrain from giving advice until you know what you're talking about.

I think it depends on the soil. If it's like most potting soil, it has plenty of nutes for that stage of growth and I agree with the other two. If it's soil-free or otherwise relatively pristine, it could use some. Neither answer is correct a priori.

I respectfully disagree and I do happen to know what I'm talking about. These are plants that are in distress and will not be able to handle extra nutrients at this time. Adding extra nutrients is likely to compound the problem rather than help it. Note that I said, 'more nutes' are a no-no, not, 'nutes are a no-no.'

I might add that, posting a comment telling people they don't know what they are talking about without offering any advice of your own makes you look like the one who has some learning to do. We're all offering opinions, right or wrong, and that's what makes forums like this as valuable as they are. Your comment, on the other hand, was nothing but a transparent attempt to build yourself up by knocking others down without even having the decency to explain why that was your opinion. Your attempt failed miserably. As hard as it may be for you to handle, there are other people who know things.

Hey That70sGrow, I don't mean to impose, but would you look at my plants? You seem to know what you're talking about, and no one is answering Please Help!, leaves curling, spots on the inside

Don't mean to 'hijack' your thread letsgrow

It seems kind of small to be feeding Nutes to your plant. Try mixing Nutes to 1/2 strength that you are now. feed every 3 days 1 ounce (shot glass size) and place a small fan to circulate air.

Well sorry it took so long to get back. The plant is only about 20 days old. I have not given it any nutes to this point. I feel that it is to young as well, but this is my first grow. I am using miracle grow as well so it should have plenty of nutes. This is only one plant I might add. As I have 6 others going that are fine in my journal. 5 barneys farm blue cheese and 1 northern lights. This plant has not been watered for 5 days now and it looks like its getting heat stressed as well. Temp is about 76. I just dont know what to do to not make the problem worse, I feel like it got root rot and now from not watering it its getting more stressed and just dont know how to handle it. I will attatch a pick of 6 days ago so you can see its decliine.
