Ok so this is my first grow, I read up a little on the forums but I'm still very inexperienced. My plant has been growing since April 3 and I transplanted it because the pot I had it in was tiny. I used regular potting soil with a little 16-8-8 nutrient granules. About 5 minutes after I transplanted it, it started to fall over so I used plastic wire to hold it up. Is it going to die?

i can tell you that soil is not going to give you what you want and deserve for your time and effort.(unless you just watered before pic like 2 sec before)you need better drainage and a gental breeze will help strengthin them out.but remember genetics are #1 and your investing at least 90 days to grow a crop and if im putting that much time in i definatly dont want crap and thats 90% what you end up with bagseed.I have seen a few exceptions to that.very few though.hope i helped.
It died yesterday, completely flopped over and started drying out. I don't have a fan, because I'm growing in a small space and don't know where to get a small fan. I plan on buying some seeds this week for my 2nd try, what strain is the easiest for a new grower?

I had this same problem with my first grow. From the looks of it, you really had a bad soil for that seeling. I suggest a simple organic potting soil to begin with and refrain from overwatering at all costs. They don't need any nutes in the beginning, and make sure you let the top layer of soil dry before watering, probably three times a week or so. A fan is really pretty necessary, but if you can't, try to shake the plant gently for about 1 min 2 times a day, this will strengthen the stem. Otherwise, they will flop over. Northern Lights is pretty easy to grow indoors and yields great results.
Also, remember, weed is a weed, so it's a pretty hardy plant. In most cases, too much human influence is the problem, don't be afraid to let nature run it's coarse if the problem isn't too severe.
Ya, unfortunatly I've killed a wack of plants by loving them too much... Didn't think it was possible, but alas I did it. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I wanna know if my clone is going to make it. first time growing outdoors. i bought a clone off a buddy 3 days ago. and it doesn't look to good i don't know if the roots are still trying to grow or if it is just dying ill post a before and after pic.
