Default plants have been wilting since yesterday, need help asap

okay my clones started out under 400w light and they did fine i put them under 1k and on sunday and monday i noticed they were wilted and i put them back under the 400w but today they are wilted pretty bad and yellow tips what could be the problem.i need some advice before they die because i have no money for new clones

This doesn't sound like a light problem. In order to make any kind of a diagnosis we are going to need pictures and more details of your operation. Overwatering and underwatering can both cause this condition and so can water that is not properly ph'd for the medium you are using not too mention nute lockout. All of this information will be helpful if you want an answer. VV
