Default Plant Check-up (See Pics)

Here are some pictures of a plant I have growing in a desk in my room. I have it lit using a small flourescent angled in the corner, and have been putting it in direct sunlight on brighter days. It's also a few weeks into flowering, I've been doing 12/12 for a little over a week now. My plant hasn't been looking too hot over the past few days and was wondering if someone would take the time to look at those pictures and let me know what's going on. I appreciate all the help! Thanks.

yeah your right, the light isn't that bright. It's just a small flourescent. I've just been giving it regular water, it's in a peralite / potting soil mix. I put some ashes on it a week ago, and plan on giving it some blossom booster within the next couple days.
