Ok, my plants where awesome then all of a sudden they where curled and had white/yellow spots. I tryied a new plant food resently??? I doubt that was it thought...

I would really be thankful for any help guys...

I just transplatted my plant in new/fresh soil just incase it was that new plant food it is a 30-10-10 blend so I figured it might be too much nitrogen and decided to swap the soil out instead of taking any drastick measures.
