Well you will need to be able to keep the light 12in to 20in from the tips of your plant, so well say:
8in pot.
24in plant, of course you could go bigger or smaller, but not much smaller.
10in light fixture and hanging apparatus.

So I would say around 4 foot tall would be the min, but a few inches less would be ok too.
