Default Hows my grow going
Here are some pics... The two biggest are around day 21 (slight overwatering problems... now nutrient probs, which should be fine soon)

They started under a few cfls, now under 400w mh...

The rest, the two in sprouted are about a week old? maybe less,

Hmm, well they are def. not almost dead i can tell you that for sure

Because you can just look at the new growth they have... They are just growing pretty slow.

The burned leaves are from them prolly sucking nutes out from themselves.

The other 2... are still young.

watering has been an iffy thing for me but im kinda gettin a hang of it.. Should the soil be completely dry like 2 inches down/ i have a moisture meter now so it should be okay, today i had to blast em with some 2-3-1 nutes seaweed and fish organic... which ive used 1/8th for my full spray bottle evne tohugh i know i should use a higher nitro then phos... next weeks will have that.

Should be okay

Heres a macro

someone please stop me if im entirely in the wrong, but you should NOT be giving them nutes this early on...they look at most 10 days old(despite the fact you say 21...[not calling you a liar, just saying they look well undermature for 21 days veg]) and burned to hell...hight temps perhaps, raise the light....
they look crispy as hell, despite new growth...

no offense intended, just advice offered.

Eh no, but see... the thing you guys really don't understand is the fact that...

early on both of the two big plants were only under a 60 watt, 300 watt equiv ~4200 lumens @ 4000k color temp and a 6500k 26w ~100 equiv bulb.

They were overwatered for a little bit, and still am getting the hang of watering and the changing of my basement to upstairs and humidity changes it makes it tough, and that i'm still new to growing.

Even though i realize i said hows my grow going... I should have said "Check out my first grow" or something like that

The soil ive learned should really have more airating shit, such as some more perlite and better nutes.

I think the key is i need to let the pots dry to about 3-4 inches down in the pot, like almost completely dry... I have a thing for always wanting to keep the babies dry.

For those wondering, the plants looked bad, if not worse than when the pics were taken... its not like i nuted the hell out of them and they turned like this, They were in my Cfl chamber downstairs where they started to such there nutes from lower leaves.

It's common growing sense and now that I have realized this mistake... it's not EVER going to happen again (to be honest, indoor soil is nice... but I have confidence an aero or hydro system would fit me better as a person who likes to watch over things very carefully)

And those sytems require a basic knowledge of ability to maintain your water, nutes ect.

Thanks for looking for anyone who might stop by.

Mainly I just need some insight on the soil. I think im just going to use the water one day, off a day, then water the next day.

EDIT: Obviously there not burned... because the new growth, would be affected the most, and I know for a FACT my cfl's will not burn any of my plants... let alone raise the temps in my cfl growroom around 72-75, there all around 2-3 inches away from plants.

My 400 watt metal halide is 22" above the plants about... from bottom of bulb, and they recieve sunlight when the southern sky is clear and the sun is blaring

Okay, First of all... The picture you see of all the plants under the light...

All of those red cups (other than the 1 with plant and the green plant pot) the rest were just potted...

And that is def. not my CFL room, that is where my 400w mh is hanging above them ~22 Inches... If you want to see some pic's of the cfl room, I will show you in a couple hours because to be honest, i'm still waking up.

Obviously you guy's dont need to keep telling me that same thing over and over... I just would like a little help on the watering shit.

So if i watered yesterday, and the soil about 1-2 inches is on the 3-5 "moist" level on my moisture meter stick, and if i put them way far down in my pots... the big ones, its at like 6 which is wet... 9 would be the max.

I always wanted to keep them watered... but im going to hold off til tomarrow to water them. Maybe just a little misting today.
