Default Help!! im not sure whats wrong

A cople days ago my girl started to get black dots on the 2 lower leafs. At this point it started to show up on other leafs it looks kind of like a burn, i think i put to much perlite. Someone help me please!! i dont have any pics, my camras messed up....

The pH was around 6.2 so i added some pH up now its around 7.0-7.2, i have added any nute to it besides what was in the soil, i water it last two days ago i know i watered it alot lately but im not going to untill the soil is dry on top for 3 inchs. It looks like the burns have stoped but im not sure, the leafs are really droopy. Any ideas? I have dried blood 12-0-0 o yea my girls 3-4 weeks
