Flowering Plant Stopped growing, Burnt from salt build up!!! Need Help!Please

Okay So I was doing so well everything perfect, the plants were doing fine, growing great....Then all of the sudden it seemed like the flowers stopped getting larger everyday like they used too...so I fed it, still nothing so I watered it, after about a week I started noticing yellowing leaves on the very bottom, easily falling off. Then I noticed the newest growth on the top flowers was beginning to discolor light green. Then every tip of the plant started burning. I rushed out and bought florakleen and flushed the plant out 2 times 1 time each day for 2 days....

The first day I flushed the PPM was 5000.....O_o ....then the second it was about 700.. but it was too late and the plant still began to burn a little, it hasn't been getting any worse since I flushed it...

I have no clue what to do now. This is my first problem like this on my first grow, I have never burnt my plants until now, and it wasn't from strong nutes it was from salts building up in the rockwool....so.....now that I stopped the damage how do I get my plant to kick start flower production again?

As I said this is the first time my plants have every been burned through my entire first grow....Now that the damage has ceased and the cubes have been flushed twice I Imagine there is no nutrients or very little left in the rockwool to jump start flower production again....

I am at a loss of what to do at this point...do I begin feeding again with half strength and work my way up until I start seeing growth again, or do I just water with normal R/O water until I start seeing growth then feed again?
