unknown ph? fix that, flush with 6.5, watch babies rebound.
So for background I am 2 weeks into flowering and I have noticed spots on my leaves forming. Also lower leaves are yellowing with brown dry tips and brown vein area. I recently got a ph/tds meter by HM. I checked my runoff and it was ph 5.4 and ppm of 1368. So yesterday was the water only day so I gave them ph 6.5 water with 100ppm of cal mag in it. And I gave them one gallon which is almost twice what they normally get to help flush out the soil. I got a runoff of 5.6 with a ppm of 1005. Now today they look perkier but the necrosis on the leaves is bad and I will surely lose some of them.
I am using all Botanicare line products PBP Grow soil and bloom, liquid karma, sweet berry, cal mag. I use distilled water and only recently started using cal mag,two waterings ago it got its first bloom feeding of 1ml grow 3 ml of bloom 2 ml liquid karma and 10 ml of sweet berry unknown ph as I didn't have my meter yet, however I discovered distilled water is 5.5 so it was prolly horribly acidic. So onto the pics, let me know what you guys think.

Your PH is one full point too low for soil my friend. 6.5-7 would be a nice area to be..

Two things I see:
1) the lesions in pics 3 and 4 are injuries, either splash burn or from something hot.
2) Your runoff ppm are still high. Feed with a strength of 500 to 600 ppm ... in soil, this'll do well. Water until copious runoff, then let dry fairly well between waterings. i also see some sign of overwatering, but am not sure.
As for the pH ... on your next repotting, I suggest you admix some powdered dolomite lime. Never a worry about cal, mag or pH. cn

PH problems will make your new growth come out lime green and twisted too, cannabineer was right in suggesting the lime for repot. The lime will help buffer the soil near neutral.
Edit, adding more nutrients can make your PH drop even more, correct the runnoff ph first fertilize later. You probably have plenty of fertilizer that will be unlocked when the PH is corrected anyway.

I would flush with 6.5 water until the runoff is right around the same 6.5 6.6 and ppm is about 600 at most and no don't feed them.. Flush flush flush.. And let dry
