Slow Stunted Growth

I having serious problems, i've been vegging 40 plants for about 6 weeks. The growth is very slow and stunted, only about a couple of inches a week.

Week 1: Started with 40 White Rhino cutting in small rockwool.
Week 2: Potted them in 4 liter pots, the plants were 2-3 inches tall.
Week 3: Repotted them into 10 liter pots & watered them.they were 4-5"
Week 4: I realized that i had been overwatering the plants from the start! They were droopy and growth was very slow, 5-7 inches tall. So i stopped watering until the pots were totaly dry. Started to look better.
Week 5: Growth still stunted and very slow. But looking healthy, 7-9 inches

Does anyone know a way to speed up the growth? Or are the plants perminately stunted?

what type of light are u veg with?? nutes??

If that was your only problem plants should recover regular growth should resume soon.

Using 4 600w sodium red lights and bio bizz oganic nutes

I doubt it Sounds like you got it if they still look healthy and show no sign of deficency i think your good, could also have been some slight shock due to the transplants. It is really hard to say without pics, is your ph right, how do the roots look white and healthy if so sounds like you got it

Ph is comin out of the tap at 7.5, haven't been changing it. i've read that high ph is alright for potted plants. Not sure about the roots, i'll have a look. maybe put some photos on tomorro.

too cold at night try and make sure it does'nt go lower than 70 degrees at night.

That might be it. the grow rooms up in a atic, it pritty cold here in uk at the mo. It's been goin as low as 60 degrees at night,

If shocked from cold can they recover or stay stunted?
