as for organophosphate Vs. SM not likely your gonna win with you current choice of pesticide, malathion would be a better choice, or acepohate for that matter the best organophosphate of them all, but in all honesty would go with none of those as they are not really geared specifically for SM, i would start with pyrethrins or neem or both in a rotation.

thanks your your info here! I really don't know anything about pesticides but was able to find this stuff at home depot for a cheap price and read that it works. (again also reading that it doesn't work)

since I have already started my dichlorvos regime, I think I should at least see it through for a good dose due to what ever creatures it might be combating if not the spider mites, I don't want to create super bugs of any kind.

In canada apparently it's harder to get pyrethrins for costs reasons but apparently scotts ecosense is that type of pesticide. I've also considered predator mites PHYTOSEIULUS PERSIMILIS.

The part that really attracted me to the dichlorvos vapor strips was that it seems pretty easy to do. (Maybe too good to be true type thing).

Also as for why I have chopped everything down, I just freaked out and was angry.

It was a sad day, but I'd say I got a good few ounces. Had a variety of maturity of plants, some very premature Kali Mist I'm smoking for the first time ...

it was a really stupid thing for me to do to just chop everything down; now that I read that there are some viable solutions.

But there's more shit going down here too with respect to me moving in a few weeks, etc... i have a specific move date on my grow permit so I want to try to stay as legal as I can, and although in hindsight that has nothing to do with it, so I have a lot on my plate and making bad decisions.

predator mite would die from your treatment unfortunately you have to be very selective when using preditor mites and pesticides in conjunction pyrethrins is a terrible choice for this, often it may be hard to find good pyrethrins products cheap locally but you can buy pErmethrin man made substitute works better IMO not as instant but as well
