what do you have it planted in? Have you tried giving it any nutes?

Ya Try Some Plant Food Yellow Means Its Dieing You Also Can't Use Normal Light Bulbs For Light And You Need A Light Cycle Etc: 18 Hours Of Light 6 Hours Dark Do That Every Night And Day The Same Cycle Over And Over And You Should Try Germinating Them Before Planting Them

i have it planted in organic potting soil and yes i have been giving it nutes what im using is something called green zone garden success (0.90 - 0.90 - 0.90)

im running the light 24 hours i heard this good for optimum growth???

Well If You Have 24 Hour Light Then Make Sure You Use More Water Yellow Means Its Dieing Probably Drying Up From Sun To Fast

No nutes. It needs better drainage(perlite) in the soil. Did you just water or its real wet. Those first paddle shaped leaves are supposed to die off. They are food storage.

Quit watering it so much. Transplant now in fresh soil, even if in the same container. NO NUTRIENTS!!!!!
