Never give any seedling of any plant any food for at least 2 weeks...if you are using anything time release, then don't give food for as long as the bag says it will feed for after that first 2 weeks...
Seedlings are not seeking nutes, so they just sit there messing up all of the seedlings processes. You will kill it if you don't just give it pH'd safe drinking water only when the rockwool starts to dry out. No Nutes...none...not a drop, or a pinch, or a smidgen...NONE...whether it is corn, cannabis, or cauliflower.

Halogen lights aren't at all suited to growing plants. Most of their energy is lost in heat, as opposed to being expressed as light...So useless pretty much...you can try to get a few CFLs, but my personal opinion and course of action is to either pack it all up until you have looked into it further, or super crunch and do all the research you can manage and then go get the proper equipment to give this a shot...everyone starts out rickety, but you then move up...I feel that CFL is the lowest rickety point of bulbs a person can start at...incandescent lights and halogen lights are of no use to a plant, other than heating a very cold grow room.

mate ditch the halogen, there no good for growing! youll get poor veg growth and next to nothing budwise. get some cfls if you must but the halogen bulb will do little other than create heat and nothing much useful to the plant!
