what system are you running?what nutes are you using and how often ? whats your ph level at in your soil or soiless mix? watering schedule? type of lighting? lighting cycle? ect.....

in 5 gallon buckets without drainage for around 3 weeks, reason for this was the basement was flooded and having holes in the bucket would soak up the ground water.

So pH would probably be the best bet, Ill leech the soil. 6 gallons for a 5 gallon bucket would be a good leech right?

i dont know what you mean by leech.... but i would reccomend flushing them, and if you have a 5 gallon bucket it would be ideal to flush with twice as much water.. your soil is a good mix so i dont suspect nute burn or anything like that.

i too suspect ph problems.. but it sounds to me (and correct me if im wrong) that your grow room isnt very clean i.e. putting the plants on the bare basement floor.. i had a similar problem when i just shoved my plants in my closet with a 400 watt hps.... the heat from the hps actually started releasing vapors from the paint in the walls and put my plants through hell......

you might have a case of bad room syndrom.. lol hate to call it that but it really does affect the plants!!! .. read the faq page on it and see if your room is the culprit!!

It's actually on milk crates in a semi flooded basement.

BTW leeching i meant flushing. Will the plant go through any sort of shock after flushing with that much water? Will it remove all nutrients from the soil? after flushing should I water with nutes?
